To reach Cabañas Dechi from Leticia, you will take a boat on the Amazon River for two hours. They are located 20 minutes from the center of Puerto Nariño, via a marked trail. Here, you can enjoy the beauty of the jungle and go fishing in a nearby river.
Please note that access may be challenging for older individuals or those with reduced mobility due to the uneven terrain on the way to the accommodation.

Eware Amazon Refuge is about 20 minutes from Puerto Nariño, accessible by an easy trail. Its location is ideal for nearby excursions, even those on the Peruvian side.
While it’s close to Puerto Nariño, it’s far enough to enjoy a tranquil ambiance but be aware that the noise from the power engines can be occasionally bothersome.
Staying for more than one night is recommended for a complete disconnect and to participate in activities like local culture classes, walks, canoeing, fishing, and games in the lounge. Some activities may have an additional cost.

Tucuchira Natural Reserve focuses on ecotourism and the Ticuna indigenous culture. It’s 15 minutes from the Santa Sofía indigenous community in Leticia. Access varies by season. During the rainy season (November to May), you can take local barges, and in the low-water season (June to October), you can walk through the jungle.
Accommodation is in a two-story cabin with a shared room on the first floor (seven single beds) and two rooms with double beds on the second floor. They also offer a cabin with hammocks with mosquito nets, a camping area, and bathrooms.
